Flash Express is the integrated E-Commerce service provider under the concept “In mind In delivery”. Currently, our services are covered in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia. Flash Express APP allows you to enjoy our services, eg. Placing Order, Notifying a Courier, Tracking, Managing your Address Book.

Key Features

1- Login, Authorization and Logout

Login Method 1 If you are an existing Flash customer, you may use your KA Account ID to login to the system.

Login Method 2 Otherwise, you may need to "Contact our Sales Team" to get an account ID. The steps are mentioned on the Login Page as well. Once you click on the "Contact our Sales Team" link, the system will prompt you to a form that you will need to fill in. After submitted, our Sales Team will contact you as soon as possible.

Authorization To active the linkage with Flash Services, authorization is needed for the first-time login. After logging in to the Flash Express APP, from the left panel, select the TAB named as "Authorization". Fill in the Shop Address and click the "authorization" button.

Logout Navigate to your profile picture on the top right corner, the Logout button will be shown.

2- Order Management

Pending To Ship Order can be created from the end-user Shop website link. Once created, the order will be shown in the list of Order Management in Flash Express APP with Fulfillment status of [waiting].

To Be Shipped Under the [To be shipped] tab, for pending shipping records, click on the [Fulfill with Flash Express] button to push the order to Flash Express system. A pop-up window will be shown. In the [Fulfill with Flash Express] popup windows, you may select the items and fill in the item numbers to be shipped. Also, you may need to fill in the Pickup and Shipping Details.

Ready To Ship [Shipped] Under the [Shipped] tab, users can print the Edit Order (Pickup Address/Shipping Address) , Cancel Order, and Print the Waybill (100150mm / 10075mm).

3- Account Setup

Account Setup allows users to manage the Address Book and view the Service Phone. Address Book Management allows users to set up multiple Pickup Addresses. While fulfilling the order, users can directly select the Pickup Address from the Address Book.
